Hybridization Specificity
- Two base changes in a probe sequence (mut2) completely eliminates hybridization signal.
- As expected, no hybridization signal is observed for reverse complement (rev) or shuffled (shuf) oligo sequences.
Sensitivity
- 24 attomoles of NCode spike were combined with 2.4 picomoles LMW RNA prior to labeling for samples 1-6, but not 7-9.
- Ncode spot intensity averaged 17-fold higher than threshold for detection of specific hybridization.
